Hey-
Just thought i'd start a post for once. For those of you that have seen either of these movies or both...
Which movie was better? My friends and I have been debating which movie looks beter and which movie will be better.
If you've seen either movie, tell everyone what you think. They both look good.
Thanks, Yankeeman5002
I honestly feel the happening would be better, and I have yet to see either nor do I plan on seeing either.
The Happening is a 90 minute Outer Limits episode.
The Strangers is a movie which one knows the ending to pretty much before the movie even begins. I go to the movies to be entertained, not to watch over an hour of torture.
i saw the happening....typical m night shyamalan movie...great promising start, followed by some time in the movie where they seem to have not been able to figure out how to advance it..
but overall i liked it, prolly a 7/10 (but a lot of people seem not to like it)
it's a little scary i suppose
I saw The Happening, I thought it was a prequel to "What's Happening".. Man, I was sorely disappointed to not see Rerun or Rog.
The Strangers was a mockery. It was absolutely a garbage film and they stuck a "based on true events" tag on it. I hate movies that are "based on true events" all they are saying is one aspect of the movie is true. As for the happenings I wanted to go see it I just couldn't get to it too busy watching the HULK!. tHAT WAS AND INSANE FLICK!
The happening is "day after tommorrow" with plants...I am sick and tired of these idiotic movies trying to make us feel bad for "destroying" the environment..or telling us we are all going to die because we drive SUV's....it's getting pathetic..no wonder why they can't tell you what it's about in the previews...because only 11 people would go see it if they did....it is getting tiresome and boring...
oh noooo the plants are emmiting crazy toxins that iwll make you go crazy because you don't have flourescent light bulbs.....

Yeah, thanks...I wasn't going to go see this crap anyways. Shamalamadingdong needs to hang them up. He's been trying to catch lightning in a bottle again in attempts to follow up The Sixth Sense and it's been pretty sad. One hit wonder.
