Jeff posted a gem mint Pacific die cut card a while ago with some 30 or so corners. I don't now what the record is but this could be a contender for total number of gem corners on a single card. The 42 number is only counting the outside corners. The other subs are pretty solid too.

that's one sweet card, but how do they keep it from shifting in there? Looks as if there is enough space within that inner sleeve for the card to move

I believe they include inner corners on that too.

Understatement! Almost BGS 10. Get a grader early in the AM after a good night with a nice young lady......BANG BGS 10!
Simply amazing. The odds of getting Gem mint subgrades on corners with Die-Cut cards is very slim. The more corners you add, the worse your odds are. I notice in hockey that a lot of the Die-Cut cards are either condition sensitive or from sets that are condition sensitive in their entirety.
