I was wondering if any diehard Philadelphia fans are on the board that would have any insider info on the Philadelphia Eagles.

I wanted to know what's going to happen with Donovan Mcnabb and what are the chances Kolb will play this year? Last I heard Donovan had some shoulder problems. Also, what have people been saying about Kolb and how has he looked in practice and previous games?I don't get many Eagles news here and was curious.

Also which is the best Philadelphia Eagles forum website? Any information would help! thanks!

hey man great to see another Eagles supporter on the boards. Yes i am a diehard fan, i live by where their training camp is so i go there a lot and go to a couple games a year. McNabb has shoulder tendanitous, he will be ok but kolb is breathing down his neck b/c with McNabb missing practices kolb gets to play with the first team. It looks like this could be the last year for McNabb b/c of injuries and such. Kolb will likely be the starter next year after two years of being mentored by McNabb. There is talk of trading Donovan but i doubt that is going to happen. The best forum site for the Eagles would probably be on their website but i really dont go on there i just saw it on the site.

hope that helped,

what he said and i don't think kolb will get much playing time but you never know with Mcnabb getting injured every year and all... go eagles

p.s. that kolb collection is NASTY if you ever are willing to send out some freebies ill be happy to take them off your hands

The problem is, Andy Reid absoluletly loves Donovan so it would be tought for Kolb to get in. Unless Donovan was to get hurt this year, thats the only time I see kolb getting reps. But the fact that he is getting reps now is good for him. I don't think Reid would give up on McNabb unless he really struggled. Look what he did last year. Before he got hurt, he was playing some of his best football he has been in a long time. and he was starting to move out of the pocket and run the ball like he use to. So I still think it will be time for Kolb but that def. won't hurt him

Its tough up there. They have had really really good crowds since T.O. came in and they've been keeping them up since. They have an autograph tent where they hand out numbered tickets before practice and during the morning practice they post the numbers that get to go into the tent. They always have a specific position set up so one day the RBs will sign one day the TE and WR will sign. I think thats your best chance. B-Dawk has signed but its really hit or miss.

Well the local newspapers and website release a schedule of who signs on what day. When you get to camp they will give you a ticket and later in the day they will post numbers and which line you get to go in (sort of like the lottery) for instance if you have number 511. The lists look like this:

Line 1: 450-530
Line 2: 112-192
Line 3: 334-414

You wont know who is in what line until later in the day and you wont always win. (i went about 7-8 times last year and only won once). Thats not the only way that they sign tho. Sometimes players come over to the fence to sign but not always and the crowds around the players sometimes go 4-5 rows deep.

Its fun to come to watch the practices but you cant hold your breath on getting autos especially of stars like McNabb, Westbrook, Dawkins, Samuel. Akers signs almost everyday and so do a lot of the scrubs.

 you know the reason players can't sign before practice is because of David:lol: He would be signing so much that practice would have started and he'd still be over by the bleachers. But a little bit of info for you. When you get your ticket and about to enter the place where they always have cars, look to you left and walk around the baseball fields and it brings you back to the parking lot....and just walk in again, they'll give you another ticket, and you can do it as much as you'd like, but i usually wear a jersey and then take it off so it is different:lol:

OMG dude i do that too. I usually do down with about 2-3 other guys and we take a backpack and one time we go in with jerseys then the next time with a shirt, then the next time with sunglasses and a hat with the jersey back on and the backpack gets changed each time from one person to another:lol: .We usually change behind the dugouts and then walk up to the parking lot.

Yea and of course, i never made tent . i wish they would go back to the old way, just get there early and you got a ticket, i hate the new way but if you want to keep tents off the lawn you gotta do what you gotta do i guess . who was signing when you made the tent?
