I submitted my cards on October 13 and they were received October 19 by beckett (delivery confirmation) and have yet to hear anything from them. anybody have suggestions?

How many days did you chose ?? Delivery receipt Oct 19th means next business day start would have been 10/22 ,,,,,
If 20 days was chosen that order would have popped Monday this week and be en route back to you ,,normal ground return means you'd see it probably next Mon/Tues ( Fedex would delay it due to the holidays),,,,,,
If 45 days was chosen you won't see an order email until 3-7 days before it pops-- probably around Dec 21st and a poppage right around Xmas time,,,,

i chose the 45 day, im guessing beckett doesnt count weekends? why not 45 days after they receive it?

Does anyone know what BGS considered business days during the week of Thanksgiving? Obviously, 11/22 doesn't count, but I'm not sure if they were open for business on 11/21 or 11/23.
