Ive been updating status to let everyone know whats up , not trashing Beckett. I have 1 order in the order status now, but not the other. Ive been charged for both, so Im mildly relieved now. (just hoping I dont get hit on grades just for being a PIA LOL).
As far as the order received and delivery time....apparently its working like this:
Hand delivered to rep Sat March 3rd, Received by Beckett Tues March 6th, quoted Delivery Tues April 3rd.
There is an extra 3 days in that process to the 20 days, but hey, Im not complaining about that. My beef is that I just what status that your cards arrived with a quoted time asap (hopefully within a week) and then your card charged for the fees about a week before they ship (I know they have to do that later in case they dont grade certain cards).
Like sonnyday said, just get nervous about stuff when you have no status update.
So hopefully when you say "I hope Beckett is reading this" it is in reference to the status system currently in place.

1: I never quoted you AT ALL. I didnt see quotation marks in my last post. I just stated that I was not trashing Beckett to clarify that in hopes people didnt perceive it that way. As stated several times, I get leery when i dont know whats going on with my cards (sonnyday agreed) and when I call, they do not either.
2: Again, you are not clarifying why/what in reference you made that comment for.
A: Look at what this member (me) is saying (in hopes they retaliate on my grades or billing)
or B: Look how people are unhappy with the order status system.

Dont want to start a flame war here over something ridiculous. So please clarify.

I think what wthishappening was referring to in the first place was that he hoped Beckett was reading the thread/posts so that they might see what is going on and shape up their act in regards to keeping the customer informed as much, and as soon as possible.
That's what I took out of it anyway but I'm not a mind reader.

Ok, today (the day before my orders are scheduled to ship) both my orders are now in the online status all cards listed.
Just waiting on the grades now.
I pray that the Grading Gods will be kind to me after my paranoia.
I guess its like a lil kid waiting for xmas, and when it gets closer to when you get them back and you dont see or hear anything I was just sweating it here.
Anyone who subs at a show ALWAYS ask the grading service they submit to how long the transport is and what day the order should be expected ,,,, this way those submitters can calculate better,,,, from reading a few users posts on the boards in the last month or so there seems to be quite a few submitters with an "assumption" that the order would be received immediately back at Beckett HQ ,,,,, this in turn is causing people undue stress , concern, and confusion on dates, notifications, and the like,,,, Beckett makes it clear show orders come back in an armored vehicle,,,, if they are East Coast this may be a week,,,, other places upwards of 3-5 days,,,, hence asking a rep at the time of a submission their understanding of time in process delivery wise may assist order poppage calculations and relieve some stress,,,,,,
I know more than one user who subbed at a show who learned of time in process and instead mailed it in instead,,,,, so its a useful question to ask when doing in person subs,,, one example of this may be the National coming up,,,,, ASK them if subbing at the National the expected time in process delivering back to Beckett HQ if you hand them the order,,,, this way you will learn how long it will take National submitted orders to return,,,,, will help alleviate the stress levels immensely,,,,
Regarding "notifications" issues,,,,,,
Due to volume increases 20 & 45 day orders are the "last" to be notified and generally its a day or so before on 20 day and maybe a week before on 45 day,,,, more emphasis on the faster speed orders unfortunately causes the slower ones to be notified "last minute" ,,,,,
If users have done a calculation themselves and believe an order 'should" be popping but hasn't,,,, and are not getting a reply,,,, see me at my email address ,,,, I can make a discreet inquiry with your contact info/account info and get you some personalized assistance if needed,,,, its the reason why the GRADING 101 sticky post is located at the top of the forum,,,, its to provide users a way to assist them without taking staff away from their primary jobs which is to slab and handle their product,,,,

To be perfectly honest, I never knew anything about any armored car delivery. In fact the member post here was the first I ever heard of it, even after talking to customer reps on the phone.
In this case the delivery took from Sat-Tues for me.
Ive also have been sure to update posts here as I get updated so others can also see the process and they can hopefully find relief in their orders as well. (as the last guy never updated his even after I asked him)
Got my report today. All is well. Grades were what I expected (minus just 1 card that caught me by surprise).
So if anyone is watching this this is the current timeline that people can use as a reference tool.
Handed in at show in Philadelphia Sat 3/3 (2 separate orders)
card were "received" at Beckett in TX on Tues 3/6
email that cards were "received" on 3/29 with a marked ship date for 4/3
1st order grades were entered in on Mon 4/2
2nd order grades entered in on 4/3, 1st order shipped, 2nd order still waiting to be received by Fedex.
My ONLY issues really now, is that I believe that once I call after 3 weeks, the customer rep should be able to tell me a quick status. When your customer rep doesnt know or cannot find out or determine status then that scares me a lil.
But, all is well now.
