Wondering if it was at all possible to upload pictures of cards from my iPhone. Basically, want to take photo and post without using a scanner and computer.

You still need a photo hosting site, but you should be able to take a photo and get it onto the photo hosting site with only a iPhone.

Photobucket, for example, has a very nice iPhone app to allow you to snap, upload, and host the photo with them easily. I would be surprised if most of the major image hosting sites didn't have an app.
