It got a 10 because BGS graders have not slightest idea what they are doing with autograph grading. They do not use common sense. Its a shame really because the autograph grades really affect a cards value. There is no way this card should have received a 10.

To the people who said the auto looks real...This is from 2011 Bowman chrome and it the reprint set, the auto is facsimile....The graded a machine printed auto...No auto grade should have been on the card, should have just been a 9.5

Are you sure? It looks too thick to be a facsimile.

Well, based on the label it is a 2011 Bowman Chrome Throwbacks Atomic Refractor #340. Beckett currently has it listed in their database as a 1/1 with no Auto.
I got some auto cards graded not too long ago and they forgot to put the AUTO grades on the cases, so, I'm sure the opposite thing can happen, maybe they gave you mine. Ha. (I sent mine back and they fixed them and graded two cards for me for free.)

Think most people who saw that slab already know its called a "mistake",,,, happens,,,,,
Happens to quite a few orders with every major grading service,,,,, its part of the business world to make mistakes,,,,
The key of course is for a business to keep them to a minimum,,,,,
The slab owner--- which I assume is not you-- is free to have it corrected for free by BGS if they contact them,,,,, I am sure BGS will even reimburse the shipping cost associated,,,,,
