I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this, but I really couldn't decide where to put it. I have a BCCG graded card and want to verify its authenticity. When I try to look it up on this site it BCCG is not listed. Does anybody no where I can find a place to verify a BCCG card? Thanks.

No offense intended, but just consider it a raw card. Beckett does not have a Population Report for BCCG Graded cards.
I suppose this is just as good as any place for this question...
What exactly is BCCG? I see a lot of cards on the bay but I don't see it anywhere else.
Was it like a 1st gen Beckett grading? Or is it not even beckett?

Here is a link:
http://www.beckett.com/grading/pricing.asp
It's a Beckett service. No, it's not a 1st generation Beckett. It stands for Beckett Collector's Club Grading.
I hope that this helps.
It's a terrrrrrrrible alternative to decent grading by BGS. I am a BGS homer for the most part but damn if they aren't shooting themselves in the foot, public relation wise with this crappy alternative service.
I mean if people use it and they make a buck, fine, but for the hardcore collectors it really just makes us roll our eyes. I've trained people close to me, "look if you want to buy me cards for holidays steer clear of BCCG!"
Beckett grading is Beckett grading ! That simple.
The same tough standards apply to all beckett grading options.
Some just feel that bgs bvg are more valuable cards because they cost more to grade , LOL
Beckett knows what they are doing to make big bucks on big volume.
As long as they stick with their standards I will keep buying all their graded cards.
I sell them for all the same prices also.

First post and you are defending something already. Newly joined member and you instantly found your way to this thread. You smell fishy to me and I'd stay away from you after this post. Peace out!

Well I am a closet collector (usually do not do chat rooms) and have done it for 40 years.
side by side comparisons of 75% of BCCG or BVG are the same
One costs a lot more to grade. In selling them I have never had a complaint on grade not matching condition , and I am talking about lots of cards.
Where is the issue ?
And do I not have the right to defend or express my opinion ?
Thanks and I hope this site is not always so paranoid , I was looking foward to helping get the hobby going strong again.

You can defend yourself. You can also express your opinion(s) but I still smell something fishy in this thread that was caused by your first post and being a new member who just registered today. I'm sorry but something smells fishy!
