Has BGS received the small package of 3 cards that I sent back on
May 4th? Although there is a postal money order, I forgot to send them registered. I have not received an email from them yet?
As this is now May 19th, I am starting to wonder about them.

What service level? If it's 45 day you might be waiting a while.

As a point of reference, and also using 45 day service:

I mailed my package on April 5th.
It arrived there April 7th (Delivery confirmation).
I received a confirmation e-mail (from BGS) on May 5th saying it had been received.
I received another e-mail on May 23rd saying it was received, it was worded differently. This was when I was able to view my order's status on the website.
