9 out of 10 times when I search for anything, the search results page shows that I need to log in.
I'm using firefox, have recently cleared out cookies, cache and history. The first time I tried to search after that I got my pricing, but not since.
I don't get "login" for any other function on the site when I am already logged in.
Anyone else having this problem?
Can you tell what version of Firefox you are using and what operating system you are running?

Thanks, Bill S.

I just purchased a new computer (Windows 7) and am having the same issue. Why am I getting logged off for pricing?

Same question for you - what browser and version are you using?

I will test on similar setups here at the office when I get the info.

And can you tell me what exactly you were doing before it logged you off. The more specific you can be, the better I can debug the issue.

Thanks, Bill

Win 7 Home Premium
Whatever the firefox before the new beta they are promoting. only been using firefox for about 3 weeks.
When I search, I don't have the normal "logged in" header I get the "guest" header.
If I click on a card in the opg and open the card's description page I still have no pricing.
I can hit the "log in" button, and after logging in I get sent back to the card description page with pricing. ???
Thanks
Any progress on this one?
Also, when I am in the search results page the "login to view pricing" button is not clickable. When I hover the mouse icon over it, the arrow turns to a text (?) icon and I cannot click it to open.
Just found out when I open the home page for Beckett I get logged out.
Pricing searches still log me out.
