There are already threads on 'unknown' cards appearing in Organize. However, many of these threads include misinformation, innacurate statements, or explanations that have not been well-articulated. This has led to people deleting these cards in error, which was very unfortunate.
I'm going to attempt to clear up what they are and how you fix the problem, in the hope that it helps people. I am not a Mod and I am not a Beckett employee.
On the old site several cards in the database featured an asterik (*) in the card description. On this current site the card database was updated to remove all asteriks from card description, but unfortunately this did not sync with Organize.
