This is not a factor from the new site. I have had this question for a while. What do you do if you have a card that is not on the OPG. Is there a way to get it on there. Its not a common card or anything so I figure beckett would probably want it on there site. Just wondering what the process is, if there is one. Thanks

There is one, to contact customer service by email including scans and a checklist or by contacting the specific magazine by email. Do you have details of the card as well as the checklist it's from? Do you also know if it's licensed or not?
Good question. I too have many of these that are not in the OPG. Some are bootlegs so I wouldn't expect them to be there but others are food issues and even major company issues.

They have to be licensed, that's the key. Not by the players association, but by the actual sport (I believe).

There are some sets with pricing that have MLBPA licensing but not MLB (1990 Post, for example). I don't know if that is universal, but there are at lest some exceptions.
what about cards that are from 2007 Upper Deck Sweet Spot that do not appear on the checklist, yet I hold the card in my possession.

That might be a checklist issue. Does the checklist skip the card you have, or is there not even a checklist on Beckett?
TO solve this issue, we are going to have a SUBMIT DATA CORRECTION form on the CARD, SET, and PLAYER detail pages. This will allow you to submit missing card information directly to our team of analysts. So if you are missing a card from the 2007 Sweet Spot baseball set, you will go to the Set Detail page for that set, click the SUBMIT DATA CORRECTION button and fill in the necessary information, upload the appropriate images and the info will be sent to the appropriate analyst here in Dallas for review. This will allow us to respond in a more timely manner.

Not sure when I will have this feature complete, but I will definitely keep you posted.

Thanks, Bill

it's skipped over. the insert set is listed, this player is not. Upper Deck does list this player as having a card.

Ok, then when Bill gets that utility out there, you'll have to do that. Smile Hopefully that's soon.
