2 cards graded for free or 5 free if you grade 25 others

I think you get a coupon and it's for the 20 day service, if memory serves me properly. You would include it with your submission. The GRADING is free, not the shipping or insurance.

it was a coupon last time I used it. I think the 2 card free was 10 day service. and yes, shipping and insurance was on you.
