it was set up to renew yesterday, i went in made sure it was on auto-renew, updated the name on the card, and this morning it didn't renew???

If their OPG was supposed to renew sometime after the new release but didn't because of programmatical errors, I do not believe they will have the increase. I also believe they are looking into those that also couldn't renew or subscribe when they had the hardware malfunction 3 weeks ago, so that would mean yours as well. However, if someone did decide just not to renew before the new site was up, I don't know how they're going to handle that.

mine didnt renew either and i really needed it today.... i was being patient with the site until it got fixed as long as opg was still working now i am screwed

mine is set to renew on Monday. can you please ask whoever needs to be asked to look into mine to make sure the renewal will be ok? Thanks

Mine was set on auto as well,I used the opg yesterday,and now nothing.I saw post under subscriptions that there was a problem reading the card..Hopefully it gets fixed asap and for the old rate,which it was set at.

Same here. Auto-renew didn't.

Add me to the list, my opg didnt renew either. I checked it and it was supposed to renew on the 10th and it was on auto-renew and last nite and today I have no pricing. Am I still locked to the old price as well?

Add me to this list. My total access did not renew either. It usaually renews every 11th of each month. Now i cant add cards because I dont know the price of the card. I dont want to pay the increase either.
