He gets:
1999 Upper Deck A Piece of History 500 Club HANK AARON Bat/Auto 27/44 BGS 9.5/10
From what I see in the Pop. Report, only two autos from the 99 POH set have graded a 9.5 and both are of Hank Aaron. My best offer on this card before graded was $1850. Now that it is a 9.5, I have no idea how high it could go, but this offer is well over $3000 cash value and some of the cards offered could possibly grade 9.5, so this could put some of the values very high.

I get:

2001 LaDainian Tomlinson Bowman Chrome rc auto

2003 Philip Rivers SP Authentic 3 color Patch/Auto rc

2003 Carson Palmer SP Authentic 1 Color Patch/Auto rc

07-08 Greg Oden Topps Draft Day Auto /50 Uncirculated

2006 Reggie Bush SP Authentic 2 color patch/auto rc

2006 National Treasures Reggie Bush two 3 color patches / auto /99

97-98 Michael Jordan Upper Deck Game Jersey VERY RARE, the first year these were made.

Carson Palmer 03 Finest Gold XFractor Uncirculated /50

As for the cards I will receive, I am only really excited about the Jordan and the Tomlinson. The other cards are nice, just not really anything that WOW me. I do realize the football cards have a lot of potential before the season and during the season, but the Aaron is SICK and impossible to find in that condition. I also have the non auto'd version of the Aaron graded a 9.5, but not sure if those two in one auction would do that well. Let me know if you think I have done alright in this deal.

If you both are happy, then its a win win situation.

Me personally though, I would keep teh Hammerin Hank. BGS 9.5??????WOW!!!

Besides the Jordan, which isn't even and auto, you are giving away one of the greatest
cards ever, for a bunch of guys who might never be good. Bush still has the potential
to be a bust, River's is ok. LT is a beast, but not his best RC.

I would much rather the Aaron..he signs no more, and that card is from perhaps one
of the greatest sets ever!

I would keep the Hank, and it's not very close

200lb Hockey Player

I'd keep the Aaron.

The Bush's will continue to drop.
The Jordan jersey is over-priced.
LT has much more sought after rookies.
Philip Rivers will never be a HOF quarterback.
Greg Oden is a mystery at this point.
The Carson Palmer isn't spectacular.

So without question, the Hank Aaron will always go up. That set is one of the most sought after auto/game-used sets in existence.

Take the sure thing...and that means sticking with the Aaron.

Halonut

keep the hank. it hails from one of the most sought after sets of all time and is a 9.5 no less. of the cards you are set to receive, the only sure bet is ladanian. the rest of the guys either play in cruddy markets or are coming off injury/poor production.

LT is my favorite player and to be honest i would keep the hank and its not even a contest.

ft28jags

if it was me, I wouldn't do it and I do alot of football.....plus the best card is a jsy and in my opinion I'd rather have auto's vs a game used....jmo

Well, here is the deal, I cannot afford to keep the Aaron, so either way, I will have to sale or trade it. I need to know if anyone thinks that I am getting a better deal in this trade than what the card would sale for. Honestly, I do not see the card going over $3000 in a regular auction, but these cards have been selling very well as of late. I know that I can get $3000 or a little more on the cards I will receive, just not sure on the AARON, although it could be HUGE.
