EXCLUSIVE BREAKING NEWS: USA Baseball Reveals Plans for 2007 Set

Mar 30 2007 9:53AM

After months of speculation, Beckett Baseball has confirmed that the 2006 USA Baseball National and Junior National Teams will be featured in an upcoming USA Baseball National Teams Box Set, produced exclusively by USA Baseball. The Box Set, scheduled to release May 1, will combine both teams in one 50-card base set that will feature 17 of Baseball America's projected 1st Round Draft Picks in the upcoming 2007 First Year Player Draft. Inserts will be highlighted by autographs, game-used equipment, and the first-ever patch cards of the USA Baseball National Teams.

"USA Baseball alumni will also appear in the product across several insert sets," said USA Baseball Director, Marketing and Licensing, David Perkins.

Beckett.com will be releasing additional details on product checklists and ordering information in the near future.
