I just logged on to Webkinz, but it says to get a new pet to refresh my account. What's going on!?

Hi Jackie, Each Webkinz pet code is good for an entire year. However, once the year is up, you'll need to purchase another Webkinz to keep your account going for another year. When you do purchase another pet you'll have two virtual pets to keep healthy and happy in Webkinz World. Let me know which new pet you get.
