LIMITATIONS:
Open only to U.S. and Canadian citizens (other than the residents of Florida, Puerto Rico and the Canadian Province of Quebec). Employees of Sponsors, Beckett Media LP, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agencies ("the entities"), and members of their immediate families, are ineligible. Entities are not responsible for printing errors or inaccurate, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, misdirected, delayed or late entries by mail. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. In order to win a prize, residents of Canada will be required to answer correctly a time-limited mathematical skill testing questions to be administered via telephone or e-mail.

U.S. PRIZES: Main Prizes will be awarded: The Grand Prize $250 Beckett Grading Services Gift Certificate, $500 Beckett Marketplace Gift Certificate, and half page in Beckett Magazine. (Minimum 10k scans.) First Prize is a Dwayne Wade framed autographed 8x10 photo. (Estimated SRP $230) Second Prize is a Carmelo Anthony Autographed Jox Box (Estimated SRP $150). Third Prize is a Pete Rose autographed baseball (Estimated SRP $150) Fourth Prize is a Beckett Baseball #270 printing plate and will be awarded to 4 winners.Other prizes include a Beckett Almanac of Baseball Cards and Collectibles(SRP $40);a $20 Beckett Grading Services Gift Certificate; a $25 Beckett Marketplace Gift Certificate; a 1-month Online Price Guide subscription of your choice (SRP $5.99).  U.S. Prizes not redeemable for cash or transferable; and no substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. All prizes will be awarded as long as stated criteria is met.

CONTEST PROCEDURES: Each participant scans and uploads trading card images listed in our database. All uploads must be of acceptable quality and must meet our image guidelines (see contest Scan Specifications) before they being accepted as a successful upload. Participants are encouraged to scan and upload both sides of their trading card (front & back). Images submitted with obvious watermarks, web hosting logos or other such copyrights will not be accepted, and participants submitting such images will be disqualified from the contest. Those submitting acceptable images will receive credit for one (1) scan count for the front and one (1) scan count for the back unless otherwise stated (i.e. certain players receive double points). Participants have a chance to win the Grand Prize determined by the number of successful, accepted uploads achieved.

TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. CST on Monday, September 24, 2007 through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 31, 2007 (the "Promotion Period"), log on to www.Beckett.com, locate the Contest link containing the "2007 End of the Year Image Upload Contest" image and click to enter. Log in or Join to begin uploading images to win prizes. Click to determine what pre-selected images in each sport are requested in our database and begin uploading those images (according to the Scan Specifications). Once an image is successfully accepted, participants will receive a scan count indicating the number of scans per upload submitted and accepted. Participants can track their uploads by viewing the (see Scan Stats) counter. Participants can track their upload rankings for the Grand Prize (awarded to the participant with the most scans) by viewing the scan rankings (see Top 10 Scanners).

WINNERS: Winners will be notified by e-mail and prizes will be shipped 2 to 4 weeks thereafter. Return of notification or prize as undeliverable or any violation of contest rules will result in selection of alternate winner. All taxes on prizes are solely winner's responsibility. List of the Grand Prize winner will appear on Beckett.com.

RESERVATIONS: By entering this contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Entities, their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won. Entities are not responsible for stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, postage due, misdirected, delayed or late entries or prizes; for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether such errors are caused by typographical errors, postal errors, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries in the contest. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Entities reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: ENTITIES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, CONCERNING THIS CONTEST. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE DURATION OF THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT WILL ENTITIES, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OR OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Texas laws govern the operation of this contest, these Official Rules and all Disclaimers made herein, regardless of any State's choice of law principles, with a forum and venue of Dallas County, Texas.

MISCELLANEOUS: All entries become the sole property of the Entities and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address from which the entry is submitted, at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, or in Canada, a Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within (30) thirty days of notification, failing which the winner will be disqualified and another winner selected in place of the disqualified person at random from all eligible entries. If a winner is under the age of majority where the winner resides, the winner's parent or guardian must sign the Affidavit of Eligibility, or in Canada, the Declaration of Compliance with Contest Rules, and where lawful the Publicity Release. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the winner will be disqualified and prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Entities, and those acting under their authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.
