Depending upon your service provider it can take up to two days for the email to go through. If it has been more than three days since you joined and you still have not received your password, more than likely a typo was made when you entered your email address.
To verify your email address was entered correctly when you joined:
Verify your email address by looking in the properties of your email software.
If the system tells you "Sorry, I found no users that matched the given information" then you know that the email address was entered incorrectly when you set up your account.
If the system tells you "You should receive your email in 5 to 10 minutes" your email address was entered correctly and the message containing your password simply has not found its way to your email account.
By using this procedure you have requested that another email to be sent to your email address with your password.
Also check your BULK MAIL folder. Sometimes anti-spam software will wrongly classify your password email as possible spam.
All assigned passwords begin with the first character of your chosen Username. The most common errors are with the lower case letter "l" as in Larry and the uppercase letter "I" as in Indiana. These characters are often mistaken for the number one. Additionally if your UserID begins with the letter "O" as in Orange this is often mistaken for the number zero.
