Shipping and DeliveryLost or Stolen Packages
|Refunds are not available on lost or stolen packages if shipping documentation verifies that your package was "delivered" successfully.

In the event that your order has become lost, please contact the dealer from whom you placed your order to verify delivery:
1. Click My Account from the top right hand corner of the screen.
2. Find "My Orders" on the right hand side, and click View Full Order History
3. Find the date you made the order and click the Show Order Details:
4. Click Email the Dealer link for the correct dealer to contact them right away on your order not arriving.
