A collector received these cards in exchange for sending in a winning 1995 Upper Deck Predictor card. Since Mo Vaughn and Barry Larkin won the AL and NL MVP Awards respectively (both of whom were not featured on their own Predictor cards) - the MVP Wild Crad was a double winner. Marty Cordova and Hideo Nomo were named AL and NL Rookie of the Years. Their basic Predictor cards were also named winners.
